Having worked as a dog groomer for 10 years, Regine spent most hours a day leaning over on one side resulting in a misaligned posture, persistent back and neck pain. This resulted in ongoing appointments with chiropractors.
Through Pilates, she has improved her body habits while also growing in strength & flexibility and reducing pain. As an instructor, she wants to share her experience and knowledge of Pilates with all.
Regine’s interests include mixed martial arts and cooking. Both hobbies provide great fun and stress relief for her.
