With a corporate career spanning more than 25 years, Margaret used to suffer from shoulder and lower back tightness and a sedentary lifestyle. After starting Pilates as part of her rehabilitation for a knee injury and recognising its immense benefits in herself, she took a leap of faith to leave the corporate world and became a Pilates instructor.


She strongly believes that health is a conscious lifestyle choice necessary for longevity and hopes to serve, advocate and improve the overall wellbeing of others.


In her spare time, Margaret travels and is always hunting for good food.
